Terms of Service

Inquiry terms for enterprise review.

These terms describe the current GridRoute Verify website inquiry flow. GridRoute Verify is operated by Apex Coverage Group LLC at 16699 Collins ave north miami beach FL 33160.

01

Current inquiry service

The current website lets visitors submit business inquiries about GridRoute Verify workflows. A submission to /api/inquiries may be screened for email syntax and DNS/MX records and is stored in a private database for operator review.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, start a paid service, send SMS, send email, deliver documents, collect signatures, or activate a marketing subscription.

02

Business-use service concept

GridRoute Verify is presented as a business-to-business communications workflow for SMS verification, account-notification messaging, document delivery, e-signature routing, and follow-up reminders. Any future live service should be used only for lawful business operations involving recipients the customer is authorized to contact.

A future live service may require account configuration, identity checks, use-case review, message-content review, technical setup, and acceptance of additional terms before access is granted.

03

Inquiry submissions and consent choices

Visitors are responsible for providing accurate inquiry information and should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated documents, payment card data, passwords, or confidential third-party records through the general inquiry form.

SMS consent and email marketing consent checkboxes are optional, independent, and unchecked by default. Selecting either checkbox records the visitor's stated choice with the inquiry; it does not start outbound SMS or email on the current site.

Email screening is limited to syntactic and DNS/MX checks. GridRoute Verify does not verify that the submitter owns or controls the email address.

04

Future SMS program terms

A future GridRoute Verify SMS account-notification program, if activated, may support verification workflows, document delivery or e-signature routing, service follow-up, and support for business customer journeys. Message frequency would vary based on workflow, user activity, and account status. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a business inquiry through the current site. Future opt-in language should identify the applicable program purpose and should remain separate from marketing email consent.

A future live program must support STOP to opt out and HELP for help through a published support channel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are addressed in the Privacy Policy and must not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

05

Future email communications

Operational email may be used to respond to inquiries, administer accounts, provide support, route procurement requests, or communicate about service configuration after a working email channel is provisioned. Optional marketing email requires appropriate permission where required and should include a clear unsubscribe method.

06

Documents, signatures, and follow-ups

The current website does not deliver documents or collect signatures. If document delivery or e-signature features are enabled in a future service, customers should ensure documents are appropriate for electronic delivery and signature, recipients are authorized, and legally required disclosures or consents are handled through documented workflows.

Follow-up reminders should be limited to the documented business purpose, should respect opt-outs and suppression rules, and should avoid misleading urgency, hidden fees, or unrelated marketing unless separate consent supports that use.

07

Availability, changes, and limits

A future live service may depend on communications providers, carriers, hosting services, customer systems, and recipient devices. Delivery, availability, and processing times may vary. The operator may update, suspend, throttle, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with requirements, address misuse, or improve the service.

Any specific service commitments, fees, governing law, dispute process, or account-specific obligations should be stated in separate operator documents rather than inferred from this site.

08
