Information we collect
For product accounts, we process account profile, selected product identifiers, fulfilled $0 orders, order history, and download entitlements. We also process login and security records needed to protect the account. Contact forms separately collect the name, email, company, optional phone, topic, message, site and source fields you submit, plus versioned permission evidence and any separate optional communication choices.
How information is used
Product information is used to place free orders and download only the files included in those orders; authenticate users; protect, troubleshoot, and operate the service; and respond to support or privacy requests. Records are scoped to this brand and account. They are not used to create invented activity or automatically enroll an address in another brand.
Email address status and communications
You may register and sign in while the email address remains unconfirmed. An unconfirmed address is not treated as proof of mailbox ownership. Account service-email permission, a product/support inquiry request, optional marketing email, and optional SMS are distinct choices. Automated outbound email and SMS are currently inactive. Public and shared booking information
No account workspace records are intentionally published. Information is disclosed only as needed to provide the requested service, support operations, security, legal compliance, or an authorized business transaction.
Retention, security, and choices
Account, product, inquiry, permission, security, and operational records are retained as needed for the service, security, applicable obligations, deletion handling, and backup integrity. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on location and relationship, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, opt-out, or appeal through the contact form. Verification may be required.
